Das Jugendhaus Horn-Lehe beitet Kindern und Jugendlichen aus dem Stadtteil einen Ort für Begegnung und Freizeit: Neben den täglichen Angeboten wie Billard, Darten, Ballspiele und Tanzen gibt es eine wöchentliche Holzwerkstatt, Hip Hop-Tanzen, Tischtennistraining und Kochen. Außerdem findet monatlich ein Jungen- und ein Mädchentag statt. Als besondere Angebote werden Ausflüge und Ferienprogramme organisiert.
